Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Faithful Notes app and this website.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using Faithful Notes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You need an account to save and sync your notes. You must be at least 13 years old to create one, and the information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
3. Your content
Your notes, highlights, and prayer requests remain yours. You keep all rights to them.
By saving content in Faithful Notes, you give us the limited permission we need to operate the service for you: to store your content, back it up, and sync it to the devices you sign in on. We do not use your content for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not publish it.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not use Faithful Notes to break the law, to store or share content that infringes someone else's rights, to attempt to access other people's accounts, to interfere with or overload the service, or to copy or resell the service itself. We may suspend accounts used in these ways.
5. Scripture text
The Bible text included in Faithful Notes is the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States.
6. Availability and changes
Faithful Notes is offered as it is and as it is available. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the app develops, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Because of this, keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
7. Pricing
Faithful Notes is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced in the future, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay for anything, and existing free features will not be charged for retroactively.
8. Termination
You may stop using Faithful Notes and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we are legally required to close. When an account is closed, its content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
Faithful Notes is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any content will always be preserved.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faithful Notes and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use Faithful Notes in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you inside the app or by email. Continuing to use Faithful Notes after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
